Here is a list of persons and groups that inspired me to take the plunge, continue my life-change and further led me down the rabbit hole of human nutrition.  The best part is, almost all are very down-to-earth and entirely approachable.  Consider following them on social media. Follow me on Twitter (@saturatedhealthto get a complete list of those I follow.  Handles shown are all @Twitter unless otherwise specified.  This is absolutely not a complete list, just those that have inspired me to date.  If you are not on this list, I am willing to add to it, perhaps a larger “influential” list in the low-carb or nutrition space.  Please excuse the descriptions, I am operating on readily available information with little to no fact checking.  Please email me with any edit requests.

Dave Feldman (@DaveKeto) – Another engineer who turned shock over blood lipid tests into a new career as a human pincushion…  And cholesterol explorer.  If the world changes it’s mind about cholesterol, you can guarantee Dave’s work will have done it.
Siobhan Huggins (@siobhan_huggins) – Dave Feldman’s right hand lady, pincushion in training.  Inspirational low-carb devotee and all around positive person.
