When I started reading online to support my adventure into a low-carb, high-fat diet, I wanted to make sure I wasn’t killing myself.  Believe me, you will still find an incredible amount of info that claims that you will die immediately by simply breathing-in around saturated fat or looking at a piece of red meat.  However, if you really didn’t believe there was another part to the story then you likely wouldn’t be here researching high fat diets in the first place.  When you follow doctors and researchers on Twitter and the studies start flying and the debates heat up, you either miss a lot of content or you adjust and expand your vocabulary.  I hope this list will help give you a leg up on your new exploration of “Nutrition Twitter”.
